Magnetic Generators For Clean, Free Energy , Power Your Home and Never Pay for electricity again

On researching various alternative energy devices for a remote location renovations project, I discovered an energy generating device that produces zero pollutants and that does not require any fuel in order to run. Clean, free energy built on the power of magnets.

The theory behind this technology has been available for almost a century, but until recently was not available to the general public. By 2002, various patents had been issued for the magnetic energy generators to investors such as Thomas Bearden, James Hayes, James Kenny and Kenneth Moore. (more…)

Free Energy Generator – Magnetic Motor Plans That Actually Work

A magnetic motor is a device that uses the power of magnets to induce rotation on an electric generator to produce free electricity at home. After solar panels systems and windmills, this is the new trend in alternative energy solutions for home owners who wants to cut their power bills and live off the grid.

There is still a lot of debate to know if this is just another scam or if someone has a magnetic motor plans that actually works. There is so much misrepresentations on the web that sometimes it is difficult to seek the truth. The good news is that there are magnets motor plans sold and used by thousands of customers with amazing results all around the world. (more…)

Buying Swamp Coolers Online

People often use Swamp Coolers, or Evaporative Coolers, for cooling because it uses about one forth of the energy that refrigerated cooling uses. It works very simply. Water is pumped over the inlet pads, and as air passes through the louvers and pads the temperature of the air drops. If the air is very humid, the temperature drop is less. When the air is dry you can sometimes get up to a 30 degree temperature drop. With a 95 degree outdoor temperature you can have a 65 degree supply air temperature blowing out the supply grills. As you can see, evaporative cooling can not only save you money, but also be much better for our environment. That is why most of the dry cleaners, many warehouses, and also some residential homes use Evaporative Coolers. If you call an air conditioning contractor to install your Swamp Cooler they usually mark up the Cooler anywhere from 20 percent, up to double the wholesale cost of the Evaporative Cooler. You can save money if you buy your Evaporative Coolers, or Swamp Coolers online.

Buying Evaporative Coolers, or Swamp Coolers online is very easy. Simply go to Google, Yahoo, or any search engine that you usually use and type in “swamp coolers online”. You will see dozens of businesses that will sell Evaporative Coolers directly to you. Then tell your contractor that you will purchase the Evaporative Cooler and only need the installation price. They may not like this because they know you can buy the Cooler for the same price that they can. This forces them to charge you for only the installation price and not the additional markup on the cooler. If you do this it can save you a lot of money. (more…)

The Joys of a Pool

Yes, we all love to jump and play in the pool whether it’s ours, the local pool, our neighbor’s, or even the pool at the gym. But have you ever actually stopped and thought about what it takes to run a pool? Chances are, probably not, unless you have had to fork over loads of money to get your pool up and running. It’s not as though the pool is just there and it automatically starts working by the snap of your fingers without having to ever do anything to it. Although that would be quite nice, it’s a little unrealistic I do believe.

So we have pool pumps, pool filters, pool cleaners, pool chemicals, pool motors, pool covers, pool lights, and what I find to be very important in my opinion, the pool heater. Why is the pool heater so important? Well, I don’t know about you but I despise getting into a pool that is cold enough to almost form an ice skating rink with! On the contrary, some people do like it cold because they feel that it wakes them up or gives them a sudden burst of energy. For me, no thank you, I rather wake up a different way! (more…)

Austin Painting Contractor

House Painting is one of those recurring projects every couple of years. Painting a house can be real easy or real difficult depending on motivation and know how. If you notice paint beginning to fade or peel, it’s a good time to start thinking about painting your house or hiring a painting contractor to paint for you. First thing that has to happen before you begin to paint is to make sure all paint peels and dirt is removed. This can be done by scrapping, but pressure washing seems to be faster and easier. If you choose to pressure wash, be sure to wait about 24 hours before applying primer. Primer is vital to making sure the paint will cover and adhere completely. Long story short, primer will provide a base coat.

If you have different color trim, you should go around and paint the trim first. After the trim is painted, it is now time to apply the primary color. First go around and cut-in. Cutting in is done with a brush and is necessary in order to paint where a paint roller won’t fit. (more…)

How to properly start seeds indoors!

  1. Make sure to follow the planting guidelines for how early to start seeds indoors before planting them outside. Some seeds can be started indoors a couple of months early, while other seeds should be started within weeks of transplanting them outdoors. Please follow the guidelines in the planting guide found at http://getready2garden.com/page7.html .
  2. Use the right soil to start your seeds in. I have found that potting soil is terrible for starting seeds in. Yes, potting soil is rich in nutrients but the soil is very light and can allow the seed to be uprooted when watered even lightly. I prefer a mix of good garden soil and compost soil. You will get a nice medium bodied soil with loads of nutrients. You can also purchase seed starting soil from garden centers which works just fine. (more…)

How to save seeds from one season’s harvest to plant the following season!

  1. Harvest the seeds from the healthiest most mature fruit/vegetables that you have. Try to find the most blemish free plant with the healthiest produce. Most of the time you will want to get seeds from very mature plants not young ones since the seeds are not fully developed yet. For example, I like to leave one pea plant and one bean bush mature past the point where you would want to eat them, I then pick the over-matured plants to use as seed next year. Also, allow one or two fruit on viney plants like zucchini, cucumbers, and pumpkins to get larger than is recommended to use the seeds from.
  2. Wash the seeds in lukewarm water. Try to remove any flesh or stringy materials from the seed. If flesh is left on the seed it can cause the seed to rot and smell. Once the seeds are rinsed, drain them and…. (more…)

How to keep critters and pests out of your vegetable garden!

Birds: Birds can be a real pain in the neck in going after your berry bushes and many of your vegetable plants. Here is how to deal with them.

  1. Some people like to keep birds out of their gardens by enticing them elsewhere. To do this, simply hang or mount a couple of bird houses or bird feeders well away from your garden area and keep the food in good supply.
  2. Rubber hoses cut into sections about 18”-24” in length and scattered between rows look like snakes from the air.
  3. Gallon and half gallon milk cans can be placed upside down on thin stakes driven into the ground. When the wind rattles the cans around the noise will typically scare off birds. (more…)

How to start a vegetable garden from scratch

  1. Plot out your garden area. Decide on what you want to plant and how much room you will need to grow those plants. Also, the amount of sunlight is very important in picking out the proper placement of your garden. You will want an area that gets direct sunlight most for the day. Something else to take into account is the drainage of the land. You will not want your garden in a depressed area of land because water will tend to flood those areas and won’t drain properly. I prefer using a slightly sloped piece of land or a flat piece of land that retains and drains water properly. Once you have chosen the location and size of you garden you will want to mark the boundaries of the garden with stakes or flags.
  2. Next is the part of the job that will likely take the most time, preparing the soil. Preparing the soil means two things to me: (more…)
